Yan Quesnel is a real estate professional who lives and breathes real estate. At 39 Yan changed direction and being very much a people oriented person, Yan embraced the residential real estate industry and 25 years on, Yan is just as passionate about realising his client’s objectives through his superior communication, marketing and negotiating skills as the day he first started.

Yan’s commitment, enthusiasm and ability to realise a result for his clients under all types of market conditions has resulted in 95% of  Yan’s real estate business being generated from referrals from happy past clients, their family members and their friends.

With over 960 sales over his  Real Estate career, Yan’s experience, negotiating skills, flexibility and ability to think out of the square to make things happen has seen Yan’s achievements recognised not just regionally but nationally with multi awards.

An old boy of St Patricks College Silverstream; Yan comes from a building background and completed his residential apprenticeship and attained his trade certificate in residential building through local tradesman, Ken Pearce, a true craftsman. Yan has over 20 yrs of practical experience in all aspects of residential building, from building new homes to alterations, additions and light commercial buildings.

Yan has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to anything to do with Real Estate. 20+ years of practical building experience, 25 years in the real estate industry in Upper Hutt selling anything from a company Share unit to residential homes, lifestyle land, farmlets, new builds, and subdivisions.
